It’s official: Milk Bar is here. Celebrated chef Christina Tosi’s genre-bending sweets shop has finally landed along one of Los Angeles’s trendiest strips, with a debut slated for tomorrow morning. Yes, there will be lots of cereal milk soft serve for all to enjoy.

This new Melrose Milk Bar is a West Coast flagship for the company, meaning there’s more kitchen space than counter space inside the strip mall property. The good news is that eager eaters can catch a glimpse of all the great action going on in the back thanks to a few well-placed windows in the educational room towards the front door.

That bright, clean room will act as seating for customers who come through looking to down a slice of crack pie or some cookies, but it will also act as a space for Milk Bar employees to host ongoing baking classes, decoration seminars, and anything else fun that happens to come up. Tosi herself will be hosting a baking class tomorrow on opening day from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for $195, with proceeds going to Cookies for Kids for Cancer.
