Los Angeles mainstay Cook’s Tortas is set for some serious expansion thanks to the folks at Fransmart, who have helped to bring the Halal Guys, Mamoun’s, and more to greater national prominence. Per Fast Casual, the 11-year-old Monterey Park restaurant will immediately begin plotting for franchise partners to grow across the country.
