As the Boys in Blue start anew this Thursday, March 28, fans attending the season opener against the Arizona Diamondbacks can try some new and revamped dishes throughout Dodger Stadium. There’s a significant lean towards healthier, gluten-free, and vegan options, and of those who want to try something other than a Dodger Dog. And while fans try the revamped menu, LA’s team makes another attempt to win the World Series in October.
Until then, there’s 162 games and six months to go. So while attending Dodger Stadium, chef Ryan Evans created a new food lineup for loyal fans and placed them throughout the ballpark. Here’s what’s new, what’s returning, how much each will cost, and where to find each dish at Dodger Stadium this season.
Going Yard — Evans estimates that 2.5 million Dodger Dogs are sold per year, but felt confident enough to add another option. He sources meats from Vernon-based Maestro Sausage Company, and the 16.5-inch jalapeño cheddar sausage is topped with grilled onions, a roasted corn and avocado relish, and sour cream. It costs $21 and will be available in sections Field 10, Loge 133, and Reserve 4.

Dodger Sausage — The Mexican-Angeleno influence is throughout Dodger culture, including this slightly spicy al pastor-seasoned sausage is stuffed with pineapple, then grilled and topped with a pineapple salsa and cilantro-lime crema for $12.50. It’s available in sections Field 10, Loge 133, and Reserve 4.
California Roll Bowl — Anticipating LA’s warm summer days, Evans deconstructed sushi in the form of a bowl. For $15, the bowl comes with imitation crab meat, Sriracha aioli, edamame, carrots, cucumbers on a bed of sushi rice. The bowl is only available on the Field level in section 45.
Chicken Burrito Bowl — For those looking to order lighter fare, the marinated pollo asado bowl comes with black beans, pico de gallo, and salsa roja on a bed of rice. Order this bowl in Loge 137 and Reserve sections 23, and 24 for $13.
Beyond Meat Burger — Plant-based, soy-free Beyond Meat burgers are appearing on menus throughout the city, so it’s no surprise that Dodger Stadium added a simple one for $14. The patty is grilled and comes with herb mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Choose from a brioche bun or gluten-free bun. Find the burger on Field Section 47 and Reserve section 29.
Four Taco Plate — After a brief hiatus, tacos make their return to Dodger Stadium this year. $18 fetches four chicken or beef tacos on corn tortillas topped with onion and cilantro, with a side of chips and salsa. Head to Field section 10 and Reserve section 13 for the taco plate.
Esquite — In a nod to Los Angeles street food vendors, Evans will introduce esquite this season. Served in a cup, the grilled corn is tossed with mayo and cheese, with spicy aioli on top for $9. The helmet is an extra cost. Find the esquite in Field 22 and 23, and Top Deck 6.
