HiHo Cheeseburger is ready to grow into its new Mid-Wilshire location this weekend. Reps for the company say that the first day of service will be tomorrow, right next door to recently-opened sibling projects Uovo, which does casual pastas, and Japanese hand roll bar Kazunori.

HiHo Cheeseburger quickly became considered among the best burgers anywhere in greater Los Angeles after opening in 2017. The Santa Monica location on 2nd Street stays busy basically all day, turning out New Zealand-based wagyu beef, plus a grain-based vegan patty, fries, pies, cheesecake, and shakes.

The new Marmol Radziner-designed space at Wilshire and Crescent Heights offers a sleek and wood-lined experience, complete with communal tables and a long, black banquette. The restaurant still works a counter service model though, so ordering happens up front.

HiHo Cheeseburger opens to the world tomorrow, keeping hours from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The opening menu is below.
