A new holiday collaboration up in the San Fernando Valley is bringing the famous Little Nero’s Pizza from Home Alone to life this weekend, just in time for Christmas.

CVT Soft Serve ice cream truck owner Joe Nicchi has partnered with LBK Pizza to recreate the pop culture pizza shop, complete with red delivery hatchback and brand-appropriate boxes made by artist Jesse Wilson. It’s all very spot-on to the look and feel from the iconic Home Alone pizza delivery scene, as shown below:

Given the, ahem, ad hoc nature of the collaboration (and the fact that CVT does not, in fact, own the rights to Home Alone), don’t expect this one-off holiday pop-up to last beyond the weekend. Orders for LBK Pizza in the branded boxes can be picked up directly from the restaurant at 4359 Tujunga Avenue in Studio City, or via UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, and Postmates. The group will also be selling merchandise starting this Friday online, though the site is still being built out.

This is far from the first pop culture-infused pop-up to land in Los Angeles, even just this year. Kevin Smith opened a takeaway and delivery-only version of Mooby’s from Clerks back in August, while other pop-ups over the years have featured chicken from Breaking Bad, the diner from Saved By the Bell, and more.

Given that pizza is currently the hottest comfort food item going during this stretch of the pandemic, consider it a certainty that Little Nero’s will sell out fast, so plan ahead ya filthy animals.
