It’s officially James Beard Foundation Awards season around the country. The longstanding culinary achievement outfit out of New York City today released its semifinalist list for all of its restaurant categories nationwide. As expected, Los Angeles makes a decent showing across a variety of specific awards, particularly in the newly-created all-California chef category. Here’s who is up for what.
