The team behind Los Feliz hit restaurant All Time is on the move again. This go-round owners Tyler and Ashley Wells are heading to Glassell Park, with plans to open an as-yet unnamed new restaurant in a familiar building on Eagle Rock Boulevard.
The Wellses have taken a space at 3501 Eagle Rock Boulevard, which was once meant for Silver Lake Middle Eastern restaurant Mh Zh. That deal fell apart last year, allowing Tyler and Ashley Wells to swoop in something new, though what it’ll end up being is still very much in flux. Ownership would not yet confirm whether or not the restaurant will do daytime and dinner service, and they say that they have not solidified a name or cuisine yet.
What’s more, the pair have scored a second, unattached space in the same complex, which will house a wine shop. Other tenants at the property include Solarc Brewing and a forthcoming wine shop from folks connected to Bar Bandini, as well as a sandwich shop from Bub & Grandma’s founder Andy Kadin.
The announcement to open at separate new space further East comes after a wave of success with All Time, the casual daytime-to-night Hillhurst restaurant in Los Feliz that has become such a staple the LA Times called it the “neighborhood’s living room” in a review. Tyler and Ashley Wells also recently opened a takeaway dinnertime spot a couple of doors down named Part Time. There’s no confirmed opening timeline for the unnamed Glassell Park space, but the plan is to open before the end of the year.
