Nashville hot chicken restaurant expansion plans keep rising throughout the region. The LA-based Red Chickz announced the local chain will open 40 locations in California, 25 in Texas, 10 in Nevada, and 10 in Arizona within 18 months, writes What Now Los Angeles. Biggie Smalls and Run-D.M.C.’s Jam Master Jay mural
