As recently mentioned, Team Stout is working to refashion Kuma Sushi in Atwater Village into The Morrison, yet another gastropub, this time with a Scottish menu and modern minimalist aesthetic. Partner Charles Lew grew up in Scotland and he wanted to open a spot that would pay homage to the country and the time he spent there. He describes the eatery as "... a modern interpretation of some true Highland kitchen favorites in an atmosphere that tastefully blends tradition with modern day comforts."
