Helmed by a bunch of Aussies, the restaurant boasts locally sourced ingredients, great coffee and healthy options. Choose the traditional avocado toast or maybe try a different take. The sweet halloumi toast has the smashed avocado base with grilled halloumi, a semi-hard cheese that’s great for grilling and raw wildflower honey on top.
