Well, the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots will be squaring off in the 52nd edition of the NFL’s annual ratings bonanza, and much like Tom Brady and Bill Belichick being at the game, one can always count on Eater dishing on where to watch the game away from home this time of year.

Game day doesn’t have to only be about the game; whether it’s taking the kids to the airplane runways at the Proud Bird while eating Bludso’s ‘cue, lazing about in hip Baja beach digs in Santa Monica, or hitting those gorgeously restored lanes in Highland Park, it’s not too hard to find something for non-football fans to do.

The Proud Bird Food Bazaar & Events Center

The recently renovated Proud Bird mini-food hall and aviation park concept is hosting a Super Bowl viewing party, and $29.95 (or $19.99 for kids ages 5-12) will score all-you-can-eat Bludso’s brisket and ribs in addition to other offerings at the food hall. The game will be played around the bar area but the attached airplane park and all the planes landing on the adjacent runway also doubles as probably one of the cooler experiences for folks (and kids) into airplanes, as well.
