Sherry's influence in cocktail goes back to the origins of crafted drinks, but this Spanish wine import has been having its heyday as a cocktail ingredient around Los Angeles of late. It's spread across a variety of different styles, from the lighter Fino to creamy East India, and even aged versions like Oloroso and Amontillado.

And while you’ll certainly find some fantastic classic sherry cobblers all over town, you’ll also find the ingredient in stirred drinks, shrubs, and even in cocktails on tap. Here are a few key spots around town to get your sherry fix.
