Goal, West Third

There are two problems with hosting a Super Bowl party at your place. The first is that food and beverage is expensive, not everyone necessarily pitches in, and the logistics get hairy. The second is that generally speaking, you're going to have to clean up afterwards. So you're trying to find where to watch the Super Bowl in LA, right?

Look no further. Whether you're looking for a bar that's catering to Denver Broncos fans who get to watch their defense carry an increasingly decrepit Peyton Manning to the precipice of glory, or the unruly few Carolina Panthers fans who are dabbing along with their chiseled specimen of a quarterback with a million dollar smile, there's a bar for you here. There's also a bar for the rest of us, who watch because it's pro forma and another excuse to break that New Year's Resolution one more time. Without further ado, 10 places to watch the Super Bowl in LA.

Bludso's is always a great place to watch sports, owing mostly to the phenomenal brisket and partially to the fact that diners are practically surrounded by TV's. It's a go-to for many sports fans and tends to get crowded at big events, but if you want an optimal viewing experience-to-food-quality ratio, this is the place.

3. Beelman's Pub

Word around town is that Beelman's will be a Carolina Panthers bar. Though the Panthers contingent in LA is roughly on par with the Jacksonville Jaguars fanbase in LA, Beelman's is riding with the 6-point favorite Panthers. With gorgeous digs and a menu containing gravy fries and meatball sliders, the few Panthers fans in LA are sure to be joined by anyone who knows how to pick at least a top-flight pub.

4. Brennan's Pub

Goal has always flown just off the radar when it comes to being an exceptional place to watch a game. The slightly more intimate space boasts a dozen TV's, so there's no need to worry about which side of the table you're sitting on. With a menu of standard pub fare alongside some quirky tacos (the barbecued pork bulgogi taco isn't half bad), it's an altogether solid place to catch the game.

6. Komodo Venice

Komodo is giving away free garlic fries with the purchase of a bucket of beers, but you're really here to watch the Super Bowl while you chow down on a Phorrito. Then again, no one's really ever said "no" to free garlic fries.
