Taking it back to the Rat Pack glory days, chef Michael Fiorelli is whipping up a menu of Italian steakhouse classics, with everything from Sonora wheat cavatelli alla vodka to a 14-oz peppercorn-crusted Flannery beef ribeye with cognac cream. Wash it all down with Dean Martin’s signature martini with Ketel One, fino sherry, flamed orange peels.

Those looking to go all out for the New Year will be happy to know that Spago will host its first ever masquerade ball. Begin the evening with a three-course meal that comprises of an assortment of sashimi and sushi “hassun” style, pan roasted Jidori chicken with black truffles, and slow roasted rack of veal. Also included in the $285 price tag is a welcome champagne toast, access to a live DJ, and a 1 a.m. breakfast buffet.
