Where to Eat Near SoFi Stadium Before (or After) a Show

From a classic doughnut spot to a sporty lounge with views overlooking the SoFi grounds, where to eat near LA’s sports and concert arena

View as Map

If flying into LAX, be sure to secure a window seat on the north-facing side of the plane and behold the sky-high view of SoFi Stadium, the Inglewood entertainment complex that hosted Super Bowl LVI in 2022 — and will be a big part of LA’s 2028 Summer Olympics.

In between the sporting events, the calendar is filled with a constant stream of concerts, including three September performances by Beyoncé, plus Taylor Swift’s six-night run starting August 4. There are also concerts at the adjacent YouTube Theater and other activations year-round, leaving those with tickets to wonder about just where they should eat before or after an event. Thankfully, Inglewood and the surrounding streets are filled with fantastic dining options of all kinds.

That being said, longtime locals are still adjusting to the massive influx of crowds, so be respectful while heading to some of Inglewood’s best daytime bakeries or cafes, breweries, or longtime barbecue joints. It’s also entirely possible to dine at the venue, but so many incredible options are available at all times of day at a far more reasonable price. Here now are 19 places to try around SoFi Stadium.

Country Style Jamaican Restaurant

This frequently busy Inglewood restaurant fits the bill for anyone craving traditional Jamaican fare. While the oxtails, beef patties, goat curry, and pickled escovitch snapper are all well-made, the dish to get here is the jerk chicken platter — a generous portion of peas and rice, caramelized plantains, cabbage, and chicken. Country Style prepares everything in to-go containers, and is fully worth it.
