LA’s semi-annual restaurant week is back in action and running until September 18. With the restaurant industry ravaged by the pandemic, DineLA hopes to provide a shot in the arm for local eateries by getting diners out and spending again. New to the DineLA website are notations for outdoor seating (which they’re calling “on-site dining”), takeout, and delivery. Here now are 17 places to try for DineLA.

A number of LA restaurants have resumed outdoor dining service. However, this should not be taken as endorsement for dining in, as there are still safety concerns for all involved. Studies indicate that there is a lower exposure risk when outdoors, but the level of risk involved with patio dining is contingent on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines. For updated information on coronavirus cases in your area, please visit the Los Angeles Public Health website.
