The Spotted Pig chef will cook a special Mother's Day supper featuring four vegetable dishes, including roasted carrots with carrot-top pesto, morels and Madeira cream on toast, and sweet corn ice cream with butterscotch and caramel popcorn. Patina, normally only open for dinner, is opening from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a special Mother’s Day brunch. A three-course prix-fixe offers an elevated take of brunch classics that come by way of chef Paul Lee. Think duck egg sunny side up with asparagus and béarnaise, ricotta agnolotti with English pea soup, and roasted chicken and buckwheat waffle with maple syrup glaze. Brunch is offered for the rather reasonable $59 per adult and $29 for children under 10.
