As Southern California continues to see warm days with no chance of rain, it’s a good time to start thinking once again about getting out for a day at the pool. Los Angeles’s many poolside hotel restaurants not only offer a respite from the heat and sunshine, they also happen to come with some pretty fantastic drinks and food. Whether it’s a staycation or an afternoon getaway to lounge by the water in the open air, here are some of LA’s best poolside restaurants to enjoy.

The Fairmont Miramar’s ever-busy poolside restaurant Fig remains as much a Westside staple as ever. The hotel even operates cinema nights to encourage evening drinking and dining on-site, and the takeaway buckets of poolside fried chicken are a must as well.
