There's a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Stephen Kalt for $105 per person, including Classic Lobster Bisque, Roasted Beet and Carrot Salad, Big-Eye Tuna Tartare, Hand Cut Fettucine Alfredo (with truffle addition upon request), Acorn Fed Spanish Pork, Filet Mignon with Lobster Gnocchi, and more. After dinner guests can head to the hotel’s rooftop bar with a 360 panoramic view of the city. Premium open bar and tray passed mini desserts. Michael Voltaggio is doing a special one-night tasting menu inspired from the pages of Salvador Dali Cookbook, "Les Diners de Gala." Les Diners de Gala was published in honor of Dali's wife and love of gastronomy in 1973. It features recipes from some of the day's top chef's in Europe like Alexander Dumas and restaurants like La Tour d'Argent and Maxim's. 12-course menu re-creating a meal as Dali would have liked, through the lens of Chef Michael Voltaggio and Chef de Cusine Cole Dickinson. STK starts off NYE with Magnum Monday’s with Moet on NYE. The décor will be gold, black, sparkles and bubbles. We will have two DJ’s and will have dancers that are dressed / painted in theme and covered in bubbles. Guests can come for a pre-fixe dinner (three seatings) and then stay for the party, where you can purchase a magnum sized bottle of Moet or Belvedere for the price of a regular bottle. This Walt Disney Concert Hall fine dining restaurant is offering a 3 course menu for $80, 4 courses for $100 and 7 courses for $160 on New Year’s Eve. The first seating will begin at 4:30 p.m., Gala seating will begin at 7:30 p.m. and a late night a la carte menu will be served starting at 10:30 p.m. A jazz trio will also be performing from 7:30 to midnight.
Chef Robb Lucas will create a few specials for the evening with regular dining menu and NO pre fixed menus. DJ DC Joey spinning in the Lounge, which will be converted into a dance floor. They'll pass out party favors (hats, rattlers, and the blow horns etc.) to all guests who stay until midnight, and will end with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.

This Financial District restaurant in Downtown will be featuring a jazz trio from 7:30p.m. to midnight and a 3 course menu for $70 or 4 courses for $90. Highlights from the menu include Lobster Risotto with Aborio Rice, Crimini Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese and Chocolate-Caramel Mousse Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce, Peanut Butter Gelato and Peanut Brittle.
Ray's & Stark Bar
Ray’s & Stark Bar, located at LACMA, will be featuring a DJ on the patio from 7:30p.m. to midnight. The restaurant will be offering a 4 course menu for $75 on New Year’s Eve.
City Tavern will start serving dinner at 4:30 PM until 9 PM (reservations recommended) then starting at 10 PM, they'll have a beer garden for an all-you-can-drink all night open bar with 22 draft beers, selected beer bottles, wine and Champagne. Delphine / Living Room at W Hollywood
